Common Alhambra Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
Not every group trip in the San Gabriel Valley needs the same vehicle. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus is the right pick for bachelorette nights and milestone birthdays, loaded with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs. A minibus handles wedding guest shuttles and corporate transfers well — powerful A/C, reclining seats, and enough room to move comfortably between Alhambra and Pasadena without cramming anyone in.
Full-size charter buses bring reclining seats, overhead storage, onboard restrooms, and undercarriage luggage bays for long hauls to Santa Monica or SoFi Stadium. Amenities vary by vehicle, so compare options through the site to find the exact fit for your group and itinerary.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System

Alhambra Party Bus Prices and Rates
With quotes available in under 30 seconds, Burbankpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare bus pricing across the San Gabriel Valley without the back-and-forth. To give you an idea of what to budget: 14-passenger Sprinter limos typically run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. These are example figures to help you plan — actual pricing depends on your date, itinerary, and vehicle type.
Peak periods like prom season (April–May), New Year’s Eve, and Rose Bowl Game week in early January push rates higher and availability tighter. Call 747-359-0640 for a free, all-inclusive quote specific to your trip.

Alhambra Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Getting a large group to or from the airport is always a coordination challenge — but splitting into rideshares and hoping everyone makes it to the right terminal is a recipe for missed flights and last-minute chaos. LAX sits about 22 miles west of Alhambra via I-10, and anyone who’s driven that westbound stretch during afternoon rush knows the freeway can slow to a crawl well before the Century Boulevard interchange. A private bus from Alhambra keeps everyone in one vehicle, handles the luggage, and delivers the whole group curbside at the right terminal on the Lower/Arrivals Level.
Have your full party assembled with bags before calling for the bus to pull up — LAX keeps its curbside actively managed and buses cannot sit and wait.
Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is roughly 20 miles north and handles Southwest, Alaska, and American flights with far less congestion than LAX — see the full pickup and group departure flow in the Burbank Airport bus guide. Long Beach Airport (LGB) sits about 19 miles south for groups flying JetBlue or Delta, and Ontario International (ONT) is approximately 27 miles east on I-10 for arrivals from the Inland Empire. Call 747-359-0640 to arrange your airport shuttle from Alhambra!

Alhambra Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Your bachelorette itinerary doesn’t have to follow anyone else’s schedule. Alhambra sits at a great spot for a night that moves — Koreatown is just 8 miles west on I-10, with karaoke rooms, late-night Korean BBQ spots, and cocktail bars running past midnight. Old Town Pasadena is 7 miles north, with a walkable stretch of restaurants and bars along Colorado Boulevard where your group can move stop to stop without anyone having to navigate.
And if the night calls for something bigger — Hollywood, downtown LA rooftop bars, or a late-night ultraclub run — the bus keeps the whole group together and the energy going between every stop.
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus from Alhambra comes with a built-in bar, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs. Nobody has to operate a vehicle, nobody gets separated trying to split into rideshares at midnight on Wilshire Boulevard, and nobody pays four rounds of surge pricing just to get home. Call 747-359-0640 to get your bachelorette bus quote now!

Alhambra Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Alhambra is one of the San Gabriel Valley’s most celebrated communities for quinceañera and Sweet 16 parties, and arriving by party bus turns an already special night into something genuinely memorable. Almansor Court — the banquet and event venue adjacent to Almansor Park — hosts some of the most elaborate quinceañera celebrations in the SGV, and a party bus arrival is one of the most dramatic entrances the venue sees. You can request buses in white, black, or silver to match your color theme, and 15- to 50-passenger birthday buses are available to fit groups of every size.
If you want to rent a party bus for a milestone adult birthday, a night that moves through Old Town Pasadena, Koreatown, or the bar scene near Alhambra’s Main Street is all within easy reach. The whole group stays on one vehicle from the first toast to the final drop-off, the itinerary runs on your schedule, and no one draws the short straw at the end of the night. Call 747-359-0640 to compare options and check availability!

Alhambra Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Hollywood Bowl is about 14 miles northwest of Alhambra, and its own policy makes the case for a bus better than any sales pitch: all lots are stack parked with no early exit, which means the moment the last song ends, every car in your row is trapped until the entire lot clears. Cahuenga Pass backs up in both directions on sold-out nights, and the surface-street crawl back toward the I-10 can drag past midnight. Read the full breakdown in the Hollywood Bowl bus guide.
The Greek Theatre in Griffith Park runs about 13 miles from Alhambra and has its own version of the same problem — single-road Vermont Canyon entrance and exit, stacked lots, and a post-show backup that routinely takes 45 minutes to clear. For Crypto.com Arena in downtown LA, concerts and game nights sit just 8 miles west on I-10, but the L.A. Live corridor fills fast on event evenings. A concert bus from Alhambra handles the approach and the exit — your group rides together, the bus waits nearby while the show runs, and everyone loads up when you’re done.
Call 747-359-0640 to get your concert bus quote!

Alhambra Corporate Event Transportation
The Pasadena Convention Center (300 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91101) is about 7 miles north of Alhambra and one of the busiest mid-size convention venues in the Greater LA area. Getting a team there from SGV hotels without everyone fighting for metered street parking on Green Street or circling the Convention Center’s limited adjacent structures is a real problem on conference days. A corporate shuttle from Alhambra drops your team at the entrance at your specified arrival window and picks everyone up when sessions end.
For downtown Los Angeles meetings and events, the I-10 westbound run from Alhambra can stretch to 30–40 minutes during morning rush — a full-size bus keeps your whole team together, on schedule, and walking into the building ready to work instead of arriving frazzled from separate commutes. Cal State LA (5151 State University Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90032) is just 4 miles west and regularly hosts large academic conferences and career development events. Whatever the venue, a corporate shuttle from Alhambra makes the transportation the easy part of the day.
Call 747-359-0640 to discuss corporate shuttle packages!

Alhambra Private Event Transportation Services
Planning a large group outing across the Valley? A private bus keeps your whole party on one itinerary — whether you’re organizing a family reunion at Almansor Park, a church retreat to the coast, or a group day trip south to Disneyland (about 25 miles via the I-10 to I-5 corridor). For private events at venues across Greater LA — from backyard celebrations in San Gabriel to formal galas at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena (1401 S Oak Knoll Ave, Pasadena, CA 91106) — a shuttle bus keeps your guests together between stops and makes the return trip safe and organized for everyone.
When the San Gabriel Valley hosts events that draw big crowds — the Santa Anita Derby week in April, Rose Parade weekend in early January — rideshare pricing spikes across the entire area and parking at surrounding venues fills hours early. A private charter bus bypasses those pressure points by dropping your group directly and staging out of the way until you’re ready to leave. Call 747-359-0640 to talk through your private event itinerary!

Alhambra Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the San Gabriel Valley runs from late April through May, and high schools across Alhambra Unified — including Alhambra High School (101 S 2nd St) and Mark Keppel High School on Hellman Avenue — typically hold their proms within a narrow window when every bus in the LA Basin is already spoken for. For prom: book by December or expect higher prices and limited availability.
A typical 6-hour prom rental — school pickup, a pre-prom photo stop somewhere like the Huntington Library gardens in nearby San Marino, venue drop-off, and after-party return — runs around $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked 4–6 months ahead, and $2,800–$3,500 or more when booked in the final few weeks. That’s example pricing to give you a planning frame, not a locked-in quote. Burbankpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare buses side by side, confirm your pickup plan, and find your group’s prom night bus well before the dates are gone. Call 747-359-0640 to get started!

Alhambra School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and event coordinators with Alhambra Unified will appreciate how fast the comparison process is — one form, multiple bus options, all the details in one place, with help available at 747-359-0640 to work through the logistics. Field trip destinations close to Alhambra include the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County (900 Exposition Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90007), about 8 miles west, and the California Science Center right next door in Exposition Park for hands-on science programming. The Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens (1151 Oxford Rd, San Marino, CA 91108) is just 4 miles south and offers extensive art, rare book, and botanical collections for every grade level with group admission available.
Longer day trips require the right vehicle — a full-size charter bus with reclining seats, WiFi, onboard restrooms, and overhead storage keeps students comfortable and chaperones organized on trips to the San Diego Zoo or coastal state parks. ADA-accessible buses are available; just mention your accessibility needs when you request your quote. Call 747-359-0640 to get your field trip transportation sorted quickly!

Alhambra Sporting Event Transportation
Santa Anita Park (285 W Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007) is just 5 miles east of Alhambra — the shortest major-venue run in the area — but even that short drive comes with race-day parking fees starting at $10 and crowds that back up on Huntington Drive and the I-210 offramps well before first post. A group bus drops your party at the entrance and stages in the lot while you’re inside, so nobody misses a race circling for a space. See the full race-day logistics in the Santa Anita Park bus guide.
Dodger Stadium is about 9 miles west on I-10 and the postgame exit on the Elysian Park Avenue ramps is one of the most congested finishes in LA sports — a charter bus from Alhambra handles both the approach on Stadium Way and the exit timing while your group is still celebrating. For the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, UCLA football Saturdays and New Year’s Day see the Arroyo Seco Parkway approach back up hours before kickoff. And for SoFi Stadium Rams and Chargers games, a charter bus from Alhambra is the most organized way to cover the roughly 18-mile run west.
Call 747-359-0640 to get your game-day bus quote from Alhambra!

Alhambra Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Almansor Court in Almansor Park is one of the San Gabriel Valley’s most popular settings for weddings and large celebrations, and parking around the venue gets tight on peak weekend dates. A shuttle running loops from nearby hotel blocks keeps your guests from circling Almansor Street looking for spots and ensures everyone arrives at the same time with no stragglers. For couples hosting at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena (1401 S Oak Knoll Ave), a wedding minibus is the cleaner solution than asking out-of-town guests to navigate the Wentworth Avenue approach and hotel valet lines on a Saturday evening.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural choice for the bridal party on the wedding day itself — upscale interior, privacy windows, and enough space for everyone without cramming anyone in. For larger guest shuttles between the hotel block and venue, a minibus runs a clean timed loop. Burbankpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to plan the logistics up front so your wedding timeline runs on schedule. Call 747-359-0640 to start planning your Alhambra wedding shuttle today!

Alhambra Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The San Gabriel Valley’s dining scene is reason enough for a crawl of its own — Valley Blvd through Alhambra and Monterey Park is packed with restaurants, night spots, and late-night bars that draw groups from across the LA Basin. If your crew wants to range out further, Koreatown’s bar scene is 8 miles west and stays lively well past midnight, making it a natural second stop after dinner in Alhambra. Old Town Pasadena’s Colorado Boulevard adds cocktail bars and craft beer spots another 7 miles north with a walkable setup that’s easy to bar-hop between stops.
For a dedicated winery day trip, Temecula Valley wine country runs about 75 miles south via I-10 and I-15 — a run where one bus keeps the whole group together, lets everyone sample freely at every winery, and gets everyone home safely without anyone drawing the short straw as the non-drinker. Your itinerary, your stops, your schedule. Call 747-359-0640 to put your crawl together and get a quote in under 30 seconds!

When is the busiest time to book a party bus in Alhambra?
Prom season (late April through May) is the single busiest period in the San Gabriel Valley for party bus demand, with every high school in Alhambra Unified booking within a narrow window. New Year’s Eve books out fast too. Rose Bowl Game week in early January spikes demand across Pasadena and the surrounding area.
For prom, book by December. For Rose Bowl weekend and New Year’s Eve, book as soon as your date is confirmed — waiting usually means higher rates and fewer vehicle choices.
What size bus do I need for my group?
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo works well for a wedding party or intimate birthday group. A 20- to 30-passenger party bus covers most bachelorette groups and mid-size birthday outings. A 25-passenger party bus is one of the most popular sizes for SGV groups.
For large school trips, big quinceañeras, or corporate shuttles, a minibus or full-size charter bus is the right fit. Call 747-359-0640 for help matching your headcount to the right vehicle.
Can a charter bus pick up from LAX for a group coming into Alhambra?
Yes. Charter buses pick up at LAX on the Lower/Arrivals Level at the ground transportation islands, curbside outside baggage claim. Have your entire group assembled with all luggage before calling for the bus — the curbside is actively managed and buses cannot idle and wait.
For group departures from Alhambra heading to LAX, build in extra time on the I-10 westbound, especially in the afternoon and early evening on weekdays when that stretch routinely backs up.
Popular Alhambra Party Bus Destinations
From the San Gabriel Valley’s celebrated dining corridors to major sports venues and concert halls across Greater Los Angeles, an Alhambra party bus opens up the entire region for your group. Here are six of the most popular destinations groups book from Alhambra.

Rose Bowl Stadium
The Rose Bowl (1001 Rose Bowl Dr, Pasadena, CA 91103) is just 8 miles north of Alhambra, but on UCLA football Saturdays, New Year’s Day for the Rose Bowl Game, or during stadium-level concerts, the Arroyo Seco Parkway and surrounding Pasadena street grid backs up for miles before the lots even open. Parking along Arroyo Boulevard fills hours before kickoff, and the post-event exit back down the Arroyo Seco approaches can take 30–45 minutes just to clear the immediate gate area. A group bus from Alhambra arrives together, drops at the designated bus zones near the venue, and picks your crew up when the event wraps — no scattered rideshares, no post-game lot crawl.
Review the Rose Bowl bus guide for full lot and approach details.
Address: 1001 Rose Bowl Dr, Pasadena, CA 91103 Phone: (626) 577-3100

Santa Anita Park
Santa Anita Park (285 W Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007) is barely 5 miles east of Alhambra on Huntington Drive — the closest major entertainment venue in the area — and one of the most storied horse racing tracks in California. Race days, the Santa Anita Derby each spring, and the Breeders’ Cup when it visits draw large crowds that back up on Huntington Drive and the I-210 offramps well before first post. Parking starts at $10 general on race days.
A party bus from Alhambra drops your group at the entrance, stages in the lot, and has everyone loaded for the ride home when racing wraps — no parking shuffle, no navigating the lot-release sequence after the late races. See the full race-day breakdown in the Santa Anita Park bus guide.
Address: 285 W Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007 Phone: (626) 574-7223

Dodger Stadium
Dodger Stadium (1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) is about 9 miles west of Alhambra via I-10 to Stadium Way, and the challenge is never the drive there — it’s the exit. The Elysian Park Avenue ramp system and the lot-by-lot release after the final out have been a postgame ritual LA motorists know too well, and rideshare pickups are staged out to Lot G (off Academy Road) separate from the main gates. A charter bus from Alhambra enters through Sunset Gate A on Vin Scully Avenue; one prepaid oversized-vehicle pass ($65 purchased in advance, cashless only at the gate) covers the whole group instead of multiple separate car fees.
See the complete approach and lot details in the Dodger Stadium bus guide.
Address: 1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012 Phone: (323) 224-1507

Almansor Court
Almansor Court is Alhambra’s most prominent banquet and event venue, situated inside Almansor Park adjacent to the Almansor Golf Course on Almansor Street. It hosts some of the most elaborate quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, weddings, and corporate banquets in the San Gabriel Valley, and the venue’s parking fills fast on peak weekend evenings. Guests arriving by separate cars often circle Almansor Street and the adjacent park roads for spots, especially during the May–October wedding and quinceañera peak.
A shuttle bus running loops from nearby hotels — or a party bus picking guests up from across Alhambra and Monterey Park — cuts out the parking problem entirely and gets your whole guest list through the door at the same time. Whether you’re the guest of honor or the event organizer, a bus makes the logistics easy.
Address: Almansor Park, Alhambra, CA 91801 Phone: (626) 570-5081

Crypto.com Arena
Crypto.com Arena (1111 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015) is home to the Lakers, Kings, and Clippers, and one of the most active concert and event venues in Southern California. From Alhambra it’s about 8 miles west on I-10 to I-110 — a manageable run under normal conditions, but the streets around L.A. Live fill fast on event nights and the freeway ramps clog immediately after the final buzzer. Parking in the immediate area runs $30–50 on major game nights.
A charter bus from Alhambra drops your group steps from the main entrance, then handles the exit timing while your crew is still celebrating in a climate-controlled cabin. Get the full downtown approach in the Crypto.com Arena bus guide.
Address: 1111 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015 Phone: (213) 742-7100

Old Town Pasadena
Old Town Pasadena is 7 miles north of Alhambra along Colorado Boulevard — a walkable stretch of restaurants, cocktail bars, and entertainment spots that’s become one of the most popular night-out destinations in the San Gabriel Valley. The One Colorado development anchors the east end, and the bars and restaurants run west toward Raymond Avenue and the arts district. Street parking in Old Town on a Friday or Saturday night is essentially gone by 8pm, and Colorado Boulevard’s one-way layout makes looping back for a spot genuinely frustrating.
A party bus from Alhambra drops your group on Colorado, stages nearby during your stops, and handles the return trip whenever the night wraps up — nobody has to think about the ride home.
Address: Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91101
